Ââåäåíèå

«Ãåòåðîñ» - ïî-ãðå÷åñêè ðàçíûé. Ýòî öèêëè÷åñêèå ñîåäèíåíèÿ, â êîëüöà êîòîðûõ, êðîìå óãëåðîäíûõ àòîìîâ âõîäÿò àòîìû äðóãèõ ýëåìåíòîâ, íàïðèìåð, àçîòà, ñåðû, êèñëîðîäà (N,S,O) è äð. îíè íàçûâàþòñÿ ãåòåðîàòîìàìè.

Ýòè ñîåäèíåíèÿ èìåþò áîëüøîå áèîëîãè÷åñêîå çíà÷åíèå, îíè ðàñïðîñòðàíåíû â ïðèðîäå â âèäå âèòàìèíîâ, àëêàëîèäîâ, ïèãìåíòîâ è äðóãèõ ñîñòàâíûõ ÷àñòåé æèâîòíûõ è ðàñòèòåëüíûõ êëåòîê, ó÷àñòâóþò â ïîñòðîåíèè àìèíîêèñëîò, âõîäÿùèõ â ñîñòàâ áåëêîâ; îíè âõîäÿò â ñîñòàâ íóêëåîòèäîâ, íóêëåèíîâûõ êèñëîò.

Âñå ýòè ñîåäèíåíèÿ â ñâîåì ñîñòàâå èìåþò ïî ÷åòûðå óãëåðîäíûõ àòîìà è îäèí ãåòåðîàòîì. Ó ýòèõ ñîåäèíåíèé èìåþòñÿ äâå äâîéíûå ñâÿçè, ìåæäó êîòîðûìè èìååòñÿ îäèíàðíàÿ ñâÿçü (ýòî íàïîìèíàåò äèåíîâûå óãëåâîäîðîäû ñ ñîïðÿæåííîé ñèñòåìîé äâîéíûõ ñâÿçåé). Îäíàêî, â õèìè÷åñêîì îòíîøåíèè èîíèè áîëüøå íàïîìèíàþò àðîìàòè÷åñêèå ñîåäèíåíèÿ. Êàæäûé óãëåðîäíûé àòîì ó íèõ çàòðàãèâàåò 3 ýëåêòðîíà íà îáðàçîâàíèå îáû÷íûõ σ-ñâçåé, òî åñòü ñâÿçåé, îáðàçîâàííûõ ãèáðèäèçèðîâàííûìè ýëåêòðîííûìè îáëàêàìè, à îäèí ýëåêòðîí îáðàçóåò Ð - ýëåêòðîííîå îáëàêî (â âèäå ïðàâèëüíîé âîñüìåðêè).

Ó ãåòåðîàòîìà íà îáðàçîâàíèå σ-ñâÿçåé èçðàñõîäîâàíî äâà ýëåêòðîíà, à åùå äâà ýëåêòðîíà îáðàçóþò Ð-ýëåêòðîííûå îáëàêà.  ðåçóëüòàòå âèäèì, òî â ÿäðå èìååòñÿ 6 Ð - ýëåêòðîííûõ îáëàêîâ, êîòîðûå âçàèìíî ïåðåêðûâàÿñü, îáðàçóþò ñïëîøíîå Ð – ýëåêòðîííîå îáëàêî, êàê è â áåíçîëå. Ïîýòîìó îíè è íàïîìèíàþò ïî ñâîéñòâàì àðîìàòè÷åñêèå ñîåäèíåíèÿ, îñîáåííî ÿðêî îíè âûðàæåíû ó òèîôåíà. Êàê è ó àðîìàòè÷åñêèõ ñîåäèíåíèé, ó íèõ ïðî÷íîå ÿäðî – ïðè îáû÷íûõ õèìè÷åñêèõ ðåàêöèÿõ íå ðàçðûâàåòñÿ. È áîëåå õàðàêòåðíûìè äëÿ íèõ ÿâëÿþòñÿ ðåàêöèè çàìåùåíèÿ àòîìîâ âîäîðîäà.

Áîëåå ïîäâèæåí âîäîðîä â α-ïîëîæåíèè, òî åñòü ïðè óãëåðîäå, êîòîðûé ðàñïîëîæåí ðÿäîì ñ ãåòåðîöèêëîì.

Ïðèâåäåííûå ãåòåðîöèêëû ëåãêî ïåðåõîäÿò äðóã â äðóãà, ïî ðåàêöèè Þ.Ê.Þðüåâà, êîòîðàÿ ïðîòåêàåò ïðè êàòàëèçàòîðå Al2O3 è ïðè t=4500C.

Òèîôåí – ýòî áåñöâåòíàÿ æèäêîñòü, ñ çàïàõîì áåíçîëà, òåìïåðàòóðà êèïåíèÿ 840Ñ, íå ðàñòâîðèì â âîäå. Ñîäåðæèòñÿ â êàìåííîóãîëüíîé ñìîëå, êîòîðàÿ îáðàçóåòñÿ ïðè êîêñîâàíèè êàìåííîãî óãëÿ. Âûäåëÿåòñÿ ñ ôðàêöèåé áåíçîëà.

Áèîòèí – âèòàìèí ðîñòà

Îí âõîäèò â ñîñòàâ ôåðìåíòîâ, ó÷àñòâóþùèõ â ïðîöåññàõ êàðáîêñèëèðîâàíèÿ. Ïðè íåäîñòàòêå áèîòèíà íàáëþäàåòñÿ ïðåêðàùåíèå ðîñòà, çàáîëåâàíèå êîæè, âûïàäåíèå âîëîñ, øåðñòè ó æèâîòíûõ è äð.

Óãëåðîä â α-ïîëîæåíèè – èìååò ìåíüøóþ ýëåêòðîííóþ ïëîòíîñòü.  áåíçîëå æå ýòîãî íå íàáëþäàåòñÿ. Ó áåíçîëà ñìåùåíèå ýëåêòðîííîé ïëîòíîñòè íàáëþäàåòñÿ â òîì ñëó÷àå, åñëè ââîäèòñÿ êàêîé-ëèáî çàìåñòèòåëü.

Íèêîòèíîâàÿ êèñëîòà è åå àìèä ïðåäñòàâëÿþò ñîáîé âèòàìèí ÐÐ. Íåäîñòàòîê ýòîãî âèòàìèíà âûçûâàåò çàáîëåâàíèå ïåëëàãðó, âûðàæàþùóþñÿ â ñâîåîáðàçíîé ñóõîñòè êîæè, ïîðàæåíèè öåíòðàëüíîé íåðâíîé ñèñòåìû.

Ìíîãèå àëêàëîèäû îáëàäàþò ñèëüíûì ôèçèîëîãè÷åñêè äåéñòâèåì: â áîëüøèõ êîëè÷åñòâàõ îíè ÿâëÿþòñÿ ÿäàìè, à â ìàëûõ èõ ÷àñòî ïðèìåíÿþò êàê öåííûå ëåêàðñòâåííûå ñðåäñòâà. Íà âêóñ ýòè âåùåñòâà ãîðüêèå, æåëåçèñòîãî öâåòà.

Ê àëêàëîèäàì, ïðîèçâîäíûì ïèðèäèíà îòíîñÿòñÿ ñëåäóþùèå:

Íåáîëüøèå êîëè÷åñòâà íèêîòèíà âîçáóæäàþò íåðâíóþ ñèñòåìó, áîëüøèå êîëè÷åñòâà ÿäîâèòû, âûçûâàþò ïàðàëè÷ äûõàòåëüíûõ öåíòðîâ. Ñìåðòåëüíàÿ äîçà íèêîòèíà äëÿ ÷åëîâåêà ñîñòàâëÿåò îêîëî 40ìã.

Âîäíûå ñóñïåíçèè íèêîòèíà â áîëüøèõ êîëè÷åñòâàõ èñïîëüçóþòñÿ äëÿ áîðüáû ñ âðåäèòåëÿìè ñåëüñêîãî õîçÿéñòâà.
